About our Office

• Our office provides general restorative dental care for both adults and children.

• We participate with HDS Premier and PPO, Delta Dental PPO, HMSA PPO/PPP, HMAA and United Concordia dental PPO insurance plans.

• We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans and will assist in the filing of your insurance claims.

• Payment is requested when dental services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept the following methods of payment:

  • Cash, Check & Debit Card

  • VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

  • Financing is available through Cherry for qualified applicants. For application information, click on the link below.

• If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice so that we may release your reserved time to another patient.

• Office hours are by appointment only:

  • 8am-5pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday

  • 8am-2pm on Thursday and Saturday

  • Closed Wednesday, Sunday and some Holidays
